01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sg99 ("sg99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging into the sg99 platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by sg99, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, video poker, table games, and any promotional or bonus offers. sg99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or on-platform notification.

02Eligibility

Access to sg99 and participation in any betting or gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. sg99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and place any wager on sg99.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, trusts, or other legal entities may not open Player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or third-party exclusion that restricts access to gambling platforms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any commercial betting syndicate.
• You must have the legal right to use the payment method you register on your account and all funds deposited must be from lawful sources.

03Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one active account on sg99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with any outstanding balance subject to forfeiture. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. sg99 may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times. sg99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify sg99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
• sg99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close an account at its absolute discretion, including where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.
• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

sg99 may, at its sole discretion, require Players to complete enhanced due diligence verification, including submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account funding and withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sg99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sg99 does not apply currency conversion fees; all deposits and withdrawals are processed at face value in BDT. The following conditions apply to all account funding and withdrawal requests:

sg99 applies the following payment integrity rules to all accounts:

• A Player may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once (excluding bonus funds which carry separate rollover requirements).
• Chargebacks initiated against sg99 through a payment provider constitute a material breach of these Terms. sg99 reserves the right to recover any disputed amount plus administrative costs and to permanently ban the associated account.
• sg99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit above ৳50,000 or any withdrawal above ৳100,000 as part of our anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.

05Bonuses and Promotions

sg99 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is active.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• sg99 reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus, free spin, or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotional offer has been abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation, or collusion with other Players.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Players and have no cash value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.

06Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sg99 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Using or attempting to use any automated betting software, bot, script, or algorithmic tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt practice in relation to any sporting event offered for betting on sg99.
• Opening or operating more than one account on sg99, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, theft, or tax evasion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sg99 staff, other Players, or any person via the platform's communication channels.

sg99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will disclose account information where required to do so by applicable law or a valid legal order. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct will be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

07Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on sg99 operate under published rules specific to each game type. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any discrepancy between on-screen information and the game server result, the server result shall prevail.

sg99's RNG-based games use certified random number generation software audited for fairness. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by licensed third-party providers. The following game integrity principles apply across all verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted by the sg99 system may not be altered, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Player after the relevant event or game round has commenced.
• Where a technical fault, disconnection, or error causes a game round or bet to be voided, sg99 will refund the staked amount to the Player's account balance. sg99 is not liable for winnings lost as a result of a technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control.
• Obvious pricing errors (manifest errors) on sports betting markets will be voided regardless of the outcome. sg99 reserves the right to correct manifest errors and settle affected bets at the correct market price.

08Responsible Gaming

sg99 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and can be activated immediately from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at set intervals (30, 60, or 120 minutes) to remind you how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a time-out period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09Account Suspension and Termination

sg99 may suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the time period specified by sg99.

Upon termination for breach, sg99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sg99 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the sg99 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

sg99's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the sg99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of sg99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of sg99.

12Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. sg99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

13Amendments to These Terms

sg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the sg99 platform at /terms-conditions. Where changes are material, sg99 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account.

Your continued use of the sg99 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform. Any bets or wagers placed and accepted before the effective date of an amendment will be settled under the version of the Terms in force at the time of placement.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sg99's operating jurisdiction. sg99 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the services offered are legal in any particular jurisdiction outside of where sg99 is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the operation of any game, Players should contact sg99 support in the first instance at [email protected]. sg99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures published on the platform.
